Guild Rules

A few shared expectations help keep our time together enjoyable.

Be Kind and Patient

Treat everyone with respect, regardless of experience or ability. Allow room for questions, mistakes, breaks, and different paces. Offer help and advice kindly, without pressure or harsh criticism. Celebrate achievements without putting others down.

Keep Conversations Comfortable

Keep our shared spaces PG 13, with swearing to a minimum. Please avoid political and religious discussions, sexual comments or jokes, and excessive vulgarity. Personal attacks, harassment, racist remarks, homophobic comments, and other discriminatory language have no place here.

Make Room for Everyone

Help others feel included and respect their limitations. Keep humor friendly, and stop if someone is uncomfortable. Helping is encouraged, but it is always okay to say, “I can’t right now.”

Represent the Guild Well

Show the same courtesy to people outside the guild that you show your fellow members.

Share Concerns Privately

If something concerns you, contact Reavus, Candi, or an officer privately. We will listen and handle each situation thoughtfully and fairly.

Character Names

Please choose character names that reflect our respectful atmosphere. We won’t invite characters whose names contain profanity, vulgarity, slurs, or hurtful jokes, including names that make fun of disabilities, even if they meet Blizzard’s naming policy. This includes names using “tard” as a joke or insult.

Share the Guild Bank

Members and newcomers are welcome to take items they need and will use. If you cannot withdraw something you need, ask a leader or officer.

Donations are appreciated, never required. Current expansion materials are especially helpful. Other donations may support events, be disenchanted, or be sold to fund guild needs.

Handling Unexpected Situations

These guidelines cannot cover every situation. When something unexpected arises, we will consider each situation individually, guided by kindness, fairness, and care for our community.
